Background:
When a JIRA is cloned, all of the SalesForce cases that are linked through the ServiceRocket integration are copied along with the rest of the JIRA details.
With cases linked to multiple JIRAs, the 2 JIRAs will continually update the linked cases back and forth, causing robust case history as well as customers constantly receiving updates of cases status changes.
Request:
This request is to determine if there is a way to NOT have the SalesForce Cases copied over to the new JIRA when a JIRA is cloned. This would alleviate the aforementioned concerns.
