    Dear Brian,

Thank you for your message on AHA, regarding “Publisher for Salesforce”.
ServiceRocket colleagues have reviewed it and acted accordingly.

My name is Andrew, and I am a content creator and use-case researcher for ServiceRocket. My objective is to discover how “Publisher for Salesforce” is being used.

I have been a long-time user of Confluence, on server, and experienced that organizations have different needs. Your story is valuable because I believe it is helpful to hear from different people how the app is being used and what jobs need to be done.

Would you be willing to either shortly write how you use Confluence / Salesforce and this app, or to have a video call to describe your set-up and work routine?

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Best,

    Andrew

This is a critical feature for us as our organization utilizes a lot of screenshots within our KB articles to help our customers visualize where certain things are located in our product.

Some customers prefer following text while others better understand when seeing visual imagery. This feature would massively help both types of people.

    Thank you!
