As a Confluence knowledge manager, I want to be able to choose whether exported Confluence pages are "Published" or "Drafts" in Salesforce

When publishing an article from Conf to SF I'd like to choose whether this will be directly published or marked as a Draft

I'm fine if users in the publishing group in Confluence see the Publish as Draft option. What's more important is that when the draft is published in Salesforce, that the app continues recognizes the article's publication status in now Published and syncs changes to the published article.

Hi, is there any guidance on whether this is something that could be delivered. It's actually very tricky to push a published article back to draft without breaking the 'publish to salesforce' process.

We would want all of our articles to be published as draft so that they go through an approval process on salesforce so my vote goes to admins only.

Hi all, thank you for adding your feedback here. We're interested to know if this switch should be made available for each page, to anyone, or just exclusive to administrators. Let us know!
