Currently, published Confluence pages are exported into Salesforce as a Draft Article and Salesforce Knowledge admins will have to mark them as Published manually.
While this is a good workflow for those seeking to publish Confluence pages as Public Articles intended for community consumption, this is considered an extra step for exported pages that are intended for internel documents.
All publishing will now set the corresponding Salesforce knowledge articles as "Published" automatically, as well as the option to set the Channels.
