List-Options that are populated by Reporting for Confluence don't appear to exist when making Scaffolding API calls. As a result, you can't add List-Data to a page if you're building dynamic lists.

(In fact, it doesn't even appear that Content-Options are added either).

I'd like the API to be modified so that if a List-Data has no List-Options, then the API doesn't enforce the rule that the updates to a List-Data field must contain a valid List-Object

ie behaves like a Text-Data field instead
