At the moment, retrieving Scaffolding Data API gets the data from two places. First, macro type from Storage format and then macro name and value from Scaffolding Metadata.
When a scaffolding data macro is removed from the page, the Scaffolding value wont be visible via REST API as Scaffolding is not able to extract macro's name from Metadata alone.
This feature request is for the API call to solely retrieve from metadata
