my use case is having a drop down with options high, medium, low. I select low initially but then after a review i want to change it to medium. Scaffolding creates a low label and a medium label where as i would like the medium label to replace the low one.

Likewise, we use the generated label for reporting, and this is leading to pages being incorrectly filed. This would be insanely helpful

It would be really handy if this functionality could be added. We are in a position where we use labels for reporting and inaccurate reports are being generated where the old labels are not being deleted automatically when a value changes
