Defined file types on Attachment Data macro and Preview of the image when reporting on that field

While I understand that this request is pretty specific, it would be great if for the attachment data macro,

it could be possible to restrict uploading to defined file types (in our case e.g. jpeg and png), and
enable a preview of the image when reporting on that field.
