Our confluence instance is very big and we mix technical and non technical people. Even if we promote best practices for Scaffolding and Reporting add-on, a bad usage is still possible meaning that in a template or a repot the user could use space=@all or use user option macros few times in a page and as we are connected to LDAP, make Confluence not respond. So our proposal as improvement idea for your roadmap is to create a specific groups of users that are able to use Scaffolding and eventually reporting add-ons. With this filter we are sure that user in this group have been sensibilized to good practices regarding usage of your macros.
I remind you : we have around 7000 users and 6000 spaces.
