Ideas for Atlassian Apps

The out-of-the-box Jira Issue Collector is good, but lacking the ability to attach a form directly to a Confluence page.

Since we can build forms using Scaffolding, it would be nice to have the ability to fill in a form and upon submission, create a Jira issue from Confluence.
