There have been cases where the Template Type parameter (<ac:parameter ac:name="type">template</ac:parameter>) has been missing for certain pages in Confluence Server.
When such pages are migrated to Cloud, the conversion to Scaffolding Cloud macros would fail. The fix is to add the missing parameter to the pages either in Confluence Server or Cloud before re-migrating the pages again.
It would be great if there is a utility tool add the missing parameter for impacted pages automatically (either in Server or Cloud).
