As an admin to I want to define default formatting for the Text Data macro in RichText

As an admin to I want to define default formatting for the Text Data macro in RichText.

For example if I have the following Text Data, I want the text formatting to be H1 by default. So any input by the user in the rich text editor, will appear with the H1 formatting.
