At the moment, other fields have a distinctive characteristic that can let the user knows what type of field it actually is. But, this is different for "Short Text" and "Number" where it is just a box field when added.
This can make it hard to differentiate when there are a lot of fields added. Editing them does not show what type of field as well with one difference in the "Field Settings" section.
Hence, it will be great if there is a label added for these fields to help differentiate them.
