As a user, I want to add colours to a table row or cell on table-data

table-data macro uses the same css as a regular Confluence table. As such, customizing the css table will impact both regular and Scaffolding table.

Use case: Be able to add colours to a table row or cell depending on either a List option or the results of an "evaluate data" field

I think this functionality would be a great improvement.

For instance we use scaffolding tables for risk management. And as colours/visuals help, I’d like for a cell or row to be coloured red/green/yellow according to the current risk.

Another usecase (quite similar); We do some calculations on different feature information, in order to decide which testcases to automate (or at least automate first). I’d like to add colouring to a row if the calculated value is between such and such. (A value of 76-100 is red, a value of 26-75 is yellow and a value of 1-25 is green)
