At the moment, you can add an element spreadsheet on a template, and use that template on a live-template.
However, after each subsequent save of a page that contains a live-template, the spreadsheet will be saved as a new attachment, causing multiple files being saved.
This feature request is to have the compatibility of Elements Spreadsheet add-on within the live-template.

Our users do make extensive usage of apps within Templates and as well use LiveTemplates often. Thus it is important to have plugins which do use Attachments (like Spreadsheet or DrawIO etc.) are working well as well in such constellation properly.
We are actually blocked on many temlates used in hundreds of cases which do show the misbehaviour.
