As a user, A Scaffolding Text Data macro that is nested within Cloak macro should returns values via REST API

If you placed a text-data macro (or any Scaffolding macro) inside the Cloak macro, get REST API will not return a value.

This request is for the Scaffolding REST API to return the values from the Scaffolding macros.
