Use case:
1) The user has scaffolding templates from multiple pages.
2) A report is generated for senior management.
3) A senior manager reviews the reports and wants to "check" or "mark" a
line with something of note in the report for everyone to see. Perhaps
they want to review a line or set something. Right now they would have to
go back to the original scaffolding page, make a change, and then go back
to the report.
It would be nice to have the data updated on the original page where it was referencing to.
