Ideas for Atlassian Apps

Linking Add Page macro postfix and prefix values are written differently in Server and Cloud.

This means after migration of the macros from Server to Cloud, the postfix and prefix values are not correctly reflected in Cloud and it requires users to manually update them.

It would be great to support these fields during migration so that the counter value is preserved in Cloud.
