When uploading attachment to an already approved page, it would cause the page to become unapproved. As a user, I wanted a configurable setting where I can set what would be included for approval on a page. This way, I can exclude attachment and set only content change that will reset back the page approval status.

Also, it would be good to have a setting where user can choose to exclude 'page move' from approval process.
