I would like the subject language of the email sent by the application to be the same as the language set in the survey.
Currently our survey is configured in Spanish but the subject of the email sent by the application is in English.

Show the issue Jira key in the title and body of the email and within the survey.

As an admin, I would like to have the ability to edit the email notification template
The current email notification contains a set message with the App's logo. We would like to be able to edit the template so that we can add our own message and logos.

As an Admin I would like the option to send surveys directly to the Reporter
Currently, Surveys are sent as comments within the ticket. Sending surveys directly to the Reporter would be beneficial should a single client have multiple running issues.

I would like the Configuration page to be accessible to Jira Project admins
Currently only Jira admins are able to access the Configure page by going to Project settings > Survey settings > Configuree We would like this page to be accesible to Jira Project Admins as well.

I'd like to be able to trigger automation rules
If a negative rating is selected I'd like to have the ability to trigger automation.

As an admin, I'd like to have the ability to configure the questions
Configurable to allow for an extra question besides the offer written feedback, like a new button that says "Did we resolve your issue?"

As an admin, I want to set an automation to add a comment to the ticket when the CSAT survey is completed
I would like to set up a Jira automation that adds a comment to a ticket when the CSAT survey gets completed. Is there anything we can use as a trigger?
