Place an image on add page macro button as the button itself

We can make the button as an image so that it is highly customizable and improve the button visibility

Add compatibility for Metadata plugin

Requested here https://servicerocket-apps.atlassian.net/browse/SRSUP-19007 Customer is using the Metadata plugin for Confluence. The links added using the metadata plugin are not seen by our Linking plugin.

I want to add the Review & Create screen to the home page in salesforce and not just one case

we use this to create a page from a theme and increase the number each time when a new page gets created. We have the problem that our counter can be occupied several times if the page is not published yet

As a user I want to be able to add multiple labels with extra white spaces in incoming link macro

Currently incoming link macro will not show the desired results if extra white spaces are added before labels. For example, -testor, -sys_tem will not exclude pages which has "sys_tem" label and it happens because of extra white space after comma....
