As a user I want chain approvers to list approvers in subsequent order and not Alphabetically

Chain Approval supposed to allow us to pick subsequent approvers for approval. However I found that after I picked the approvers, it will sort the approvers in alphabetical order instead of using the sequence I picked the approvers.

As users I would like to be able to view the date the page was approved in the Dashboard.

At the moment we can only confirm the approval date by comments or notifications, it would be ideal to be able to visualize this information quickly and easily on the dashboard.
