We would like to be able to answer/reply a Jira comment on the Salesforce comment section and see that reply back in Jira.

right now when commenting in Jira we can see the comment in Salesforce in the all updates(or similar) section. But the replies made to that Jira comment in Salesforce are not rendered in Jira.

Ability to provide/restrict access to work with the create and/or associate buttons

Currently, it is possible to provide users with permissions to work with the connector from Jira (all the functionalities). However, it would be great having the ability to provide/restrict access to work with the create and/or associate buttons.

As an admin, I would like to have the ability to mass load map values for the value mapping

We have a huge number of assignee that need to do the value mappings. That would be great if the connector is able to mass load the value mapping by uploading a CSV file or calling a REST API to achieve that.

Notify admins or add a log entry upon sync failures

If an automatic sync fails, admins should be notified or logged in diagnostics.

Improve the default 5 minutes password remember to more options

The Secure macro currently offers users to not enter the password again in the next 5 minutes. It should provide more options, like 8 hours, 24 hours, or as long as the Confluence session is valid.
