As a user, I want to publish Salesforce Public comment from Jira

When commenting on Jira issue, the comment will be created in Salesforce as well. However, the Salesforce comment publishes as a Private comment instead of a Public comment. I would like to have the comment public.

Remove the "Dont ask me again in the next 5 minutes" tickbox from the "Secure" Macros

This box should be removed as when this is ticked the secure elements across the entire Confluence pages/collections do not prompt for password. This is a potential security risk.

Separate the data that comes from an Scaffolding Content List/Select List on the Report

Scaffolding data that's being reported on it's displayed in a 'clutter' instead of being displayed in different rows. It would be nice if each selected data had its own row
