Admin space setting to reset PA status if the page content changes

Allow a global/space setting that allows you to control the behaviour reset the approval state once the page is edited only reset the approval state if the user clicks on “reset.”

As an administrator I would like to be able to manage Page Approval Dashboard permissions.

Not all users should have access to the dashboard, so I would like to be able to manage permissions and decide who can view it.
