As a user, I'd like to be able to publish Confluence pages in Salesforce in bulk.

In addition to having the advantage of publishing many pages at once, it can also help users who wish to "migrate" pages to Salesforce to continue using them on that platform.

Reporting Mini-tutorials should only popup for evaluators when using reporting macros

Currently, evaluators receive mini-tutorials on reporting add-on regardless of the macros they have in their confluence page. I would expect to see the tutorials only when using a reporting macro.
