customer asking to add the option to have the ability to update the reporting cache when enabled , to be updated when there is a scaffolding edit.

As a user I would like for there to be a bar that allows you to navigate within the report table when the browser's page size is adjusted

When the size of the browser's page is adjusted, I would like for a bar to appear so that it is possible to navigate within the Reporting table. This is possible with a Confluence regular table (as shown in the ss)
