Time-tracking on JIRA Issues Component to display in hours

Currently, when using the time-tracking fields in Salesforce "Available fields" for Jira Issues component the hours come into SF in seconds while they are configured as hours in JIRA. I would like for there to be away to modify this

Allow sync of displayed value object data types

If you want to sync an Accounts Owner ID (User picker) in Salesforce to a Field in Jira (User Picker or standard text field), I have to either map every single possible user id in Salesforce to a Jira User OR only sync the ID of the User in SalesF...

Merge two or more field from Salesforce to one field in Jira or vice versa

As a user, I would like to merge pre-existing fields in Salesforce to one field in Jira. For example, getting pieces of field (information) in Salesforce and combining it all in Jira Description field.
