As an Admin, i would like to keep a history of linked/unlinked associations

When we unlink a Jira Ticket from an SF Case, it would be great to have the ability to capture the unlinked Jira Ticket's Key over the API or similar. We want to be able to store which Jira Tickets previously associated with an SF Case were unlinked

Add the ability to map multiple values to the same value as the classic connector.

At the moment, the new connector doesnt allow you to map more than one same value. Classic connector allows you to map several values to the same value In the new connector you cant, you get the error : Unable to add Salesforce Field Value Value h...

As a user I would like to be able to deactivate the warnings that are displayed when tags are activated.

When we activate the tags in the comments, warnings are displayed in the components: It would be great to be able to deactivate it in case we do not want them to be displayed on the screen.

As a user, I would like for there to be a way to prevent users creating/associating more than 1 Jira Issue/ SF Record

We want to have a 1:1 Connection between a Case in Salesforce and an Issue in Jira. However, we are seeing some agents create a second Jira Issue so we want a way to prevent this from happening

Periodic healthcheck and auto-synchronization between fields

A setting to configure, in every N minute, check if any failures in synchronization were present. If yes, perform an auto-sync/push/pull. Or ideally, to detect shall a synchronization failure occur, it will trigger an auto-sync/push/pull.

Add Diagnostic Tab to next gen connector

Time-tracking on JIRA Issues Component to display in hours

Currently, when using the time-tracking fields in Salesforce "Available fields" for Jira Issues component the hours come into SF in seconds while they are configured as hours in JIRA. I would like for there to be away to modify this
