As a user I want to be able to support Macro Security add-on

At the moment page approval macros can't be restricted by Macro Security app developed by Bob Swift. As a user, I want to be able to use page approval macros with Macro Security app.

As a Page Owner I should be able to unregister other Approvers

Currently, Page Approval macro allows you to register and unregister yourself however you won't be able to unregister other approvers (users) unless you have admin access.

Select starting page for approval report

It would be useful to select the stating page for the approvals (and acknowledgement) report. Specially useful where the space is divided into sections. A report can then put on the first page of each section. Rather like page properties.

Reset approvers when macro is deleted on the page and added again

Currently, when we delete the Page Approval macro, then refresh the Confluence page and then add the macro once again, the old settings and approvers are still there. It would be helpful for these to be reseted

PDF Export wont show the PA banner Status
