Ability to reference Salesforce contact information as a bindable field.

With this you can push accurate salesforce information that is pulled down from Salesforce + JIRA service desk connector. Ideally I want to be able to create cases through JIRA in Salesforce that will auto populate and link the Salesforce contact.

Salesforce: Ability to hide Create and/or Associate button

As a user I need improved handling of relationships between Salesforce objects

we need better handling of the "hierarchy" mapping between the SFDC<>Jira (Epic/Story/sub-task <> parent case/children cases), today this has to be done manually (settings the reference to the parent) in both worlds

As a user, I would like to customize the wording in Salesforce JIRA Section

It would be beneficial for users/admin to customize the wording on the attached image. Another approach would be to put a link to the documentation, or additional information on to create/associate JIRA issue
