I would like to be able to see more than 1 item on case expansion on panel in JIRA.

Similar to the application we came from it would be great if we could have a quick view of details when having multiple cases associated with an account. Currently only shows 1 item (the details button locks the screen which slows the process down...

As an admin, I want Digital-Engagement compatibility with the Connector

At the moment, the connector is compatible with various products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud etc). This feature request is to utilize the Digital-Engagement's features with our connector.

As a user I want to be able to integrate comments made to a Salesforce object through emails

After opening a case, we contact the "customer" via email and the "customer" reply to me via emails too. Which means - no comments were created by "Posts" (or chatter). I want the connector to support these kind of comments.
