As a user I want to be able to integrate comments made to a Salesforce object through emails

After opening a case, we contact the "customer" via email and the "customer" reply to me via emails too. Which means - no comments were created by "Posts" (or chatter). I want the connector to support these kind of comments.

Ability to update the title of the Lightning components

Currently, it is not possible to update the title of the lightning components in Salesforce: "Jira issues" & "Jira comments". It would be great to have this functionality.

As an Admin, I would like to have Chatter filter configuration

At the moment, the hashtag filter is only for Case Comment, but not for chatter. Alternatively, an API call that admin can filter

Automatically create Salesforce record based on Jira custom field

Currently, the connector allows users to implement the post function in Jira workflow to automatically creates Salesforce record from Jira. However, it would be great if there is a way to create the Salesforce record based on the Jira custom field.
