Create report for CES in the dashboard

Currently, the report has NPS/CSAT info but not CES though CES is in the default survey that is sent out to customers.

Customizing icons for survey ratings

As a user, I would like to be able to customize the icon for survey rating instead of pictured icons for better clarity and easier viewing for survey takers. Some ideas for customizing the icon includes using numbers (1-10) or percentages (%)

My SF knowledge base is customer-facing. They will not have access to confluence, so I would like the option to not show that link on all articles

As Confluence user I want to use Salesforce Lightning link for my Salesforce Object macro

Currently, Salesforce Object macro only supports Classic link to be inserted into the Object URL field. Inserting a lightning link will not work It'll be great if I can directly use the Salesforce Lightning link into the Salesforce object URL

Sandbox support

Currently, Publisher app can only be installed to work with Salesforce production environment. It would be great that the app supports Salesforce Sanbox environment so we can test the app before moving to production.

If an agent in Salesforce want to update an article, they should do so by clicking a link in Salesforce side that will take them directly to the page in Confluence

Publish individual articles to different channels.

I would like the ability to specify which channels an article gets published to. Not all articles will be visible to a customer. So I need the ability to specify which articles are customer facing and which are public or internal
