As a user, I would like to have synced comments available for public view.

Currently all synced comments can be viewed internally. However, we would like the option to make and sync some comments for public view.

Allow export all associations by API

Currently, the only way to get a bulk export of all associations is via the reporting mechanism in salesforce. We would like to have a way to export daily all associations via API directly from jira,

I would like to notify Case owner when associated Jira issue is updated

Currently, the connector sends email notification to the Case owner when the associated Jira issue has a new comment or comments updated. Therefore, I would like to have the ability to notify the Case owner when the associated Jira issue is updated.

Automatically create Salesforce record based on Jira custom field

Currently, the connector allows users to implement the post function in Jira workflow to automatically creates Salesforce record from Jira. However, it would be great if there is a way to create the Salesforce record based on the Jira custom field.

As a user, I would like to view the comments in the Available Fields in the Salesforce components.

For the moment if we add "comments" to the available fields as the following image: Comments will not be displayed, I would like this option to be supported.

As an Admin, i would like to keep a history of linked/unlinked associations

When we unlink a Jira Ticket from an SF Case, it would be great to have the ability to capture the unlinked Jira Ticket's Key over the API or similar. We want to be able to store which Jira Tickets previously associated with an SF Case were unlinked

Add the ability to map multiple values to the same value as the classic connector.

At the moment, the new connector doesnt allow you to map more than one same value. Classic connector allows you to map several values to the same value In the new connector you cant, you get the error : Unable to add Salesforce Field Value Value h...

As a user I would like to be able to deactivate the warnings that are displayed when tags are activated.

When we activate the tags in the comments, warnings are displayed in the components: It would be great to be able to deactivate it in case we do not want them to be displayed on the screen.
