As a user, I would like to access to the connector settings in jira

In my organization only jira-administrator access is given to the IT team, as a jira-user, I would like to be able to access the connector configurations on the Jira side without having administrator permissions

Periodical healthcheck of connection

Every n minute, check if SF<>Jira connection is working. Else, notify the system/admin.

As an Admin I would like to show from the account/opp level, what Jira tickets are connected to that account/opp

Right now the only way to tell if there is a Jira ticket attached to a case is by going to the case record

As an admin I'd like yo be able to define the fields to display for the associations field

In Classic connector, when editting the custom field, it is possible can define the fields that are included in the display. This can contain a hyperlink because you can enter html.

As at the moment, the Jira Comments component is taking the information of the comment body internally. In case there is an embedded attachment in the comment, it has to pass the requirement that the user is a Jira User, else they won't be able to...

Hide Jira comments from the Feed section in Salesforce

At the moment, all comments from Jira are shown in the Feed section -> All updates, in SF. It will be great to be able to hide all comments or some of them (by using the tags) used for the jira comments lightning component.

As a user I need improved handling of relationships between Salesforce objects

we need better handling of the "hierarchy" mapping between the SFDC<>Jira (Epic/Story/sub-task <> parent case/children cases), today this has to be done manually (settings the reference to the parent) in both worlds

I would like the connector able to do time tracking

Currently, when I mapped Original Estimate with Salesforce double field, the field is not compatible which leads to a validation error. As a user, I would like the connector has the ability to support time tracking fields for time tracking purposes.
