As an user, I would like Jira comments (Wiki Markup) to be displayed with the same format in the Salesforce Chatter Feed.

At the moment, if we create a comment in Jira in formats such as bold or italics, these will be seen with raw HTML formatting in Salesforce, as shown in the attached pictures. It would be nice if it could be displayed in the same format.

Allow hyperlinks within Showcase descriptions

While Showcase is good for bring people to another page, there are many times other sub pages or page anchors that we want to specifically bring ppl to more quickly and without having to scroll around to find it.

We would like to be able to answer/reply a Jira comment on the Salesforce comment section and see that reply back in Jira.

right now when commenting in Jira we can see the comment in Salesforce in the all updates(or similar) section. But the replies made to that Jira comment in Salesforce are not rendered in Jira.

As a user I would like to have a key that allows me to filter whether a space is archived or not.

At the moment there is no key (from the supplier space) that allows to see the status of the space, this would help us to create reports that show the spaces of a confluence instance excluding the archived spaces for example.

Retrieve a data from the Salesforce Comments tab

As a user, I would like to retrieve some data to be extracted in another field in Jira. I would like some API available for us which might be used for getting data from ‘Salesforce comments’ tab.

Add Diagnostic Tab to next gen connector

Customer asking if its possible to have the diagnostic tab we have on the Classic connector to the next gen. This will help troubleshooting issues faster (like the classic connector) https://servicerocket-apps.atlassian.net/browse/SRSUP-18383

Option to only push Public Comments to Jira

At the moment, the available feature to filter comments is by using the hashtag filter option. Hence, it will be great if we also have this option to filter the comment. A scenario is, currently case comments are on case are used to share comments...

We have more than 900 pages with it, there is the possibility or the change that we can make that I can migrate the content of this field?

Time-tracking on JIRA Issues Component to display in hours

Currently, when using the time-tracking fields in Salesforce "Available fields" for Jira Issues component the hours come into SF in seconds while they are configured as hours in JIRA. I would like for there to be away to modify this
