As a user I would like to be able to sort the comment component in Salesforce

In Salesforce we would like to be able to have the option to sort the comments shown from latest comment (which is default) to earliest comment to be shown first.

Allow multiple connections in Salesforce to same Jira instance

It would be great to be able to set the connection in Salesforce to the same jira instance. That way we can do a separation of projects. That way users wont see the project on the drop down list, similar on how the endpoints in the classic connect...

Support custom events for automatic push from Jira to Salesforce

Currently, auto-push from Jira to Salesforce only work for system events. It would be great that the connector supports also custom events.

Bulk associate from Jira.

At the moment , the only way to associate in bulk is using the jira properties URL. it would be great to have an option(like in salesforce) to associate more than one jira issue. or have an API to associate more than 100+ issues.

As an Admin, I'd like to integrate the Connector with Data Warehouse tools

Actually, it's not possible to integrate the Jira Connector to any Data Warehouse tool, such as Snowflake. We want to incorporate the Connector reporting feature to these tools.

Currently, the connector section on Jira cannot be seen from the phone. Either accessing from a web browser or directly from the JIRA mobile app. Please consider supporting mobile access.

Collapse Jira Comments component display

If there are a lot of Jira Comments displaying in a Salesforce Case, we would like an option to collapse the 'Jira Comments' component. This would also improve performance. Currently, the workaround is placing the component in a separated Tab.
