I would like to disable the "Surveys" field for Jira issues of Jira Software projects

I want my customer can see their pendings surveys.
I want my customers can see the surveys that they have yet to answer or a grouping of the surveys that they have pending

As an admin, I want to add custom fields from the incident/request to the survey response.
we want further fields from the incident\request to be included in the survey response, i.e. Service, entity (these are custom fields on our side)|

As an Admin, I want to send the surveys to my customers without sending an email to them
I want that the survey screen can appear to my customer on a transaction (closing) of the request at Jira Service Management without emails sent.

As an admin, I'd like to have the ability to configure the questions
Configurable to allow for an extra question besides the offer written feedback, like a new button that says "Did we resolve your issue?"

As an admin, I want to set an automation to add a comment to the ticket when the CSAT survey is completed
I would like to set up a Jira automation that adds a comment to a ticket when the CSAT survey gets completed. Is there anything we can use as a trigger?

As an admin, I would like the option to have the reports as widgets
Currently the Surveys for JSM app can display a report when clicking on Reports. However, we would like to have the option of these reports available as widgets that we can place on the Jira dashboard
