Jira Number not pulled automatically to SFDC case after association

After associating to an existing JIRA ticket from an SFDC case, the JIRA ticket number is not automatically pulled to the JIRA Number field on the case.

As a user, I want date formatting in Salesforce Entity macro to be configured as dd.mm.yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy

At this time, the date formatting in Salesforce Entity macro is set to e.g. Fri Dec 30 01:00:01 CET 2017 which is pulled from Salesforce. It would be good to set the formatting to dd.mm.yyyy or dd/mm/yyyy from the macro for better readability.
