As an admin I want the synchronized attachments to be deleted if the actual attachment was deleted in SF or Jira side

Currently if an attachment is deleted in Salesforce, the same attachment is not deleted from Jira and the same applies vice versa. We would like the synchronized attachment to be deleted if the other attachment was removed in Jira / SF.
