Set permissions on page created via form

We use the Add Page via Form macro to create pages to good effect, however it would be ideal if we could set restrictions for pages created this way (e.g. specify a group and have the page set to "Can view and edit" for that group.

Export Association Count

Product managers would benefit from the ability to see the SF association count per issue when exporting data from the Salesforce Connector reporting page in Jira.

As a user, I want to be able to have locale as a parameter for the Show If macro in the Visibility add-ons.

The Visibility add-ons are the closest thing to multilingual support in confluence we can find for Cloud apps. SRSUP-2560
