As a user the ability to comment when approving, acknowledging or rejecting

I am unable to when approving / acknowledging or rejecting provide comments back to the author? We currently have an old system we use for document approvals and we are able to provide comments so document can be updated and sent again for review....

As a user I would like the Confluence page to become read-only after it's been approved

Use-case: For the Confluence page that has been fully approved to become read-only so no further changes can be made by users. After the final approvals are done, we want to avoid re-triggering of approvals due to accidental changes to the page.

Ability for the report macro to show more than 100 results

Currently, the Page Approval report is limited to a 100 results. It would be great having the option to more than 100 results in the report via pagination for example.

Reset approvers when macro is deleted on the page and added again

Currently, when we delete the Page Approval macro, then refresh the Confluence page and then add the macro once again, the old settings and approvers are still there. It would be helpful for these to be reseted

PDF Export wont show the PA banner Status

A normal print to PDF will show the PA banner with the status. But using the PDF export option, the PDF wont show anything but the page content. It seems this is a confluence limitation. Is there any workaround possible? https://jira.atlassian.com...
