The headings inside the Scaffolding macros can be listed by the Table of Contents

If there are headings inside the Field Group or Live Template macro, the Confluence default Table of Contents macro will not detect it. Compared to the Scaffolding Server version that can detect the headings.

As an Admin , i would like to extend the permission to manage the app to normal users (add mapping)

We don't want to promote the project admin as a Jira admin, but on the other side, we would like to let him manage the settings of the mappings.
