Reset approvers when macro is deleted on the page and added again

Currently, when we delete the Page Approval macro, then refresh the Confluence page and then add the macro once again, the old settings and approvers are still there. It would be helpful for these to be reseted

Delete/update associations when a salesforce record/Jira issue has been deleted.

As of now, the connector doesnt delete an association when an associated SF record or jira issue have been deleted. would be great that the connector could update the link when the record/jira issue has been deleted.
